These Terms of Service prescribe terms and conditions of websites and administrator interface, and rights and obligations of User of an administrator interface (owner of accommodation facilities and/or person who is authorised representative of accommodation facilities) regarding the use of websites and administrator interface owned by the ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo company (ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo ).

Right of access and use of administrator interface is granted exclusively to the owners of accommodation facilities in the Republic of Croatia and/or people who are authorised representative of an owner of the accommodation facility who accepted the Terms of Service. According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation) data collection and processing are subject to a contractual relationship between the User of the administrator interface and the owner of the website. Pursuant to the contract, all Users of the administration interface become members of the ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo club and, for the purpose of better informing, start to receive NEWSLETTER with new offers.

The right of access is for persons over the age of 16. The site has no interesting content for people younger than 16 years.

Website is not a tourist agency. Website is used exclusively as an internet catalogue for advertising accommodation facilities in the Republic of Croatia and other services related to tourism, sport, recreation, and vacation in the Republic of Croatia, thus ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo does not have any information whether the offer is accepted, i.e. whether the User used a service from one of our advertisers. 

Website only transmits information received by the User and the User of the administration interface, and ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo does not bear any material or criminal liability if the information on accommodation capacities does not correspond to the actual situation. 

ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo company has a discretionary right to, without the need to justify its decision, reject the request of the User of the administration interface to log in to the administration interface and to reject the request of the User of the administration interface to use any service provided on the Website or in the administration interface when the registration is a prerequisite for use of the service, i.e. administration interface.

ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo company may at any time, without the need to justify its decision, disable or limit (in whole or in part) the access and / or use of the administrative interface to the User of the administrative interface and access and / or use of the website to the user of the administrative interface. In the aforementioned case, ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo company will not be liable for any damages or any other kind of direct or indirect loss (e.g. loss of profit, loss of a particular client or market, distortion of reputation, loss of business opportunity) due to the inability of the User of the administration interface to access and / or use (in whole or in part) administrative interface or website.

Administration interface User undertakes that he will not directly or indirectly (regardless of technical, technical- technological, electronic or any other means or way) modify, delete or make the website or any of its parts unusable  (content, graphic, technical, technical- technological, electronic or any other, structural or not, part), disable the access and / or use of the Website to other Users or Users of the administration interface or copy, duplicate or distribute Website without authorisation, or any of its parts (content, graphic, technical, technical- technological, electronic or any other, structural or not, part of the Internet application) for its or needs of other or for sale or what other legal disposal.

If advert photos contain close-ups of people, especially children, the advert will not be displayed at the website.

Websites can contain information and links to other websites over which ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo has no control. In such case, ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo company will not be responsible for the accuracy, completeness, precision, authenticity, security and functionality of any form of Internet resource (HTML documents, multimedia content, data, scripts and other data and information) that is located on the web site over which ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo does not have control. 

Administrator interface users pay annual fee. In order for the ad to be published in the online version, the User of the administrative interface must pay the specified fee and upon receipt of the payment by the user of the administrator interface, ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo company activates the ad for a period of 12 months. The ad will not be visible in the on line version if the User of the administrative interface does not pay the set amount.

Some online resources (multimedia content, data, graphic works, language works, drawings, sketches, plans, etc.) published on the website and administrative interface represent the subject of copyright. It is strictly forbidden to, without prior written permission by the ADMIN obrt, vl. Marina Nogalo company, reproduce (in one or more copies, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, temporarily or permanently, by any means and in any form), distribute (sale, rent, transfer, or in any other form, the use of copyright), communicate (in any form and by any means) or the processing of any Internet resource published on the website or on the Internet application.
